well i'd like too to get an opinion, but actually i've been waiting for...mmmm...i think 3 months or probably more for even a single word about my hosting request for sw-fs2 tc, so i will be enough satisfied even if i get only a yes/no/maybe reply:wink: since i'm beginning (beginning?) to be... little....tired about the wait..
in fact i'm looking for external decent webspaces and forum systems

That sounds familar. Im sure whoever is invloved in this has a lot of stuff to do but there is an annoncement on all the boards for this (which isnt entirely clear in itself). What I would expect if not an answer is a notificatation that your request has got through and will be considered.

• Casualties of War (headed by aldo_14) needs a forum (public and private)
• i'd like a forum too, public and if possible private, but it's not urgent
• EDIT:  I also need access to the FS PORT directory (hlp/hosted/fsport/)

I'm the one who has to send the mail off, besides, I'm looking for your guy's opinions first.  I was hoping that there's be enough replies that I could say 'ok, this is the best idea, lets do that' then mail things off, not having to worry about someone popping in two days later and going 'hey, I have a better idea!'

It's kind of pointless asking for people's opinions then making a final decision after only two of them replied.

AFAIK, FTP access will be assigned along with the hosting stuff sent by email to gamespy. Don't have a cow; I don't even have FTP access yet!

Forum access I've been trying to take care of as soon as I see it mentioned here; have I missed anything?

i mean, take your time, i'm just drawing your attention to it all...  you can do everything except the two FTP accesses (first and last in the list)

Ok, all those, with the exception of the Setekh Cards thread (which, in case you already noticed, is unstickied...) go along with getting hosted. Which means, once you are hosted, those will be done. Clear? Good.

but i am hosted!  i have been for a very long time!  which is why i don't see what the big problem is about!
