I think the tail should be as long or longer than the body.  The neck should also be very long and I would make it an exotic color.  Just to make it more interesting.  I like the head tho I don't see anything wrong with it.

if that's what you think a dragon looks like, stick to it. no one knows what dragons are supposed to look like cos they're mythical creatures.
personally, i like the eyes, the colour, the wings and the sky. the head and claws aren't bad. aerodynamically, it'd tip over forwards unless it did a lot of hard work flapping.

But I'd say make the body much bigger.
