I've run into a problem. I no longer have 3ds MAX at my disposal, and I've got my ship ALMOST completely textured- everything except the back end(engine area and back of the wings.) So, I can't use MAX for texturing anymore, and I don't have anything else that can apply Unwrapped UVW coords. Still worse, I have the latest version only in .MAX form. But, I'm not about to give up- I'll just need a bit of help.
So, could someone with MAX(I was using 3.1) please help me out? I'll give the model file and more details if and when anyone volunteers, but basically here's what I need done:
1. The back end needs basic UV mapping, that I can fine-tune under Lith.
2. The file needs to be saved in .3ds format.
Of course, if anyone is feeling extra generous, they can also help me with the conversion- I don't have TS, so I have no way to build the right hierarchy for Cob->Pof conversion. I don't even really have a way to go from 3ds to cob.

But that can wait, I think.
