Why would you think that an MMO by an entirely different company is "the actual direct successor" to FS2? 

They're completely unrelated, not even the gameplay style is similar. The only similarity is that both feature spaceships.

I still don't think it was a bot. We actually do have a game that is also called Diaspora on this site. There is a player with the same name of the other Diaspora, and the details supplied here do fit. I think someone Googled Diaspora, found our site and got completely confused as to what was going on here.

EDIT: Given that a quick search turned up a very similar but more coherent post on Reddit, I'm pretty certain this isn't a bot. Just someone trying to drum up players for their game. I suggested that they come over and tell us why we should give the game a try.
