Hmm... I don't think so, at least it doesn't seem to be like that at here.
 
There are now quite a lot people with ADSL in this city, I think, and speeds haven't gone down. I don't think ADSL has been shared, some cables might be with a few people.

I'm surprised Gortef hasn't jumped to the offer.  He seems to draw good anime (assuming the pic he had his sig so long ago was hand-drawn.  oo; ).

On a side note, I draw anime myself, but..uh..hee hee, I'm not confident enough in my skills to show them here.  ^^;

yeah, but 30k/s is not even CLOSE to your download speed though is it... i'm sure you download close to 20 times faster than you upload, which makes it good, but not as good as SDSL
