[Scripting] Interactive development/Plasma Core tutorials
In the thread for the Plasma Core tool I promised I'd post a tutorial about the process, and here it is.
Presenting a source-code heavy tutorial on here or the wiki was not a satisfying prospect, so I've decided to host both the text and example files on Github.

This first tutorial covers the basics of the system and the process of scripting special weapon behavior one step at a time while also not restarting the game for each step. Please let me know if you have questions, or if there's anything you'd like to see me cover in any subsequent tutorials.
