Well, I've tossed this effect. I can't make it look the way I want.

So, it's quite nice anyway, but I prefer my old effect (for now ).

But I'm more interested in the way the Hatshepsut looks in the first pic, it's glowing and has so much more cool detail than the ones in my game, what vp files and flags do you need for that?

For quick-ness(if you have the machine to run it) just grab the zpack and flick it to 'all features on'.

Really outstanding add-on. I wish there were a way to make them side specific, because I still like the blue one as well.

Are you interested in correct shockwave speeds?
Most of the time the shockwave is way too fast, because it has more frames than the old shockwave.

Try this WIP of the ships.tbl.

Please tell me if some of them are too fast or too slow.

The effect is awesome, but the multiple shockwaves  look stupid with it.

Edit: Uhm... well.... maybe I overwrote the frames after I re-rendered the frames...

Personaly, i like the red, but dislike the "angled elipse" view of the shockwave, i much prefer nice circles.
