List of upgraded campaigns [updated 06/08/2014]
List of upgraded campaigns:
Most of these campaigns need an up to date release of the SCP and the Mediavps. For the FS1 campaigns the FS-Port is a requirement.

Highly polished and voice acted campaigns that should not need an update in some time. In short: the creme de la creme of upgraded campaigns!

Derelict 3.7.0
5 years after the collapse of Capella, a derelict Lucifer is found hovering in space. Fully voice acted campaign

Lightning Marshal 1-4, The Regulus Campaign
From the very beginning of the Rebellion to its ultimate height, the GTCv Actium, its sistership the GTCv Lysander and their crews engage the NTF in several dangerous missions.
This release of LM is voice acted and stays close to the original

Lightning Marshal 1-4, The Regulus Campaign, Operation: Savior (Reinterpreted Versions)
Escape and then again force entry into Polaris during the early hours of the NTF Rebellion to rescue GTVA loyalists of 6th Fleet. From the very beginning of the Rebellion to its ultimate height, the GTD Master, the GTCv Actium, its sistership, the GTCv Lysander and their crews engage the NTF in several dangerous missions.
This release is voice acted and differs from the originals, as it features rebalanced flight mechanics and other changes.

Operation: Savior
Force entry to Polaris during the early hours of the NTF Rebellion to rescue GTVA loyalists of 6th Fleet.
This campaign is fully voice acted and stays close to the original.

Warzone 2.3.3
In the midst of another Shivan invasion of the GTVA home systems a mystery begins to unravel itself, and the implications may have a lasting effect on the longevity of the Alliance.
Join the GTD Warlock and its crew as they try to unravel a mystery and defend the GTVA from its enemies. The question is, who is your enemy?
This campaign is fully voice acted.

Titan Rebellion 1.0
The Shivans are sealed away beyond Capella. The Alliance is at peace, for now. Lurking in the shadows is a clandestine organization: NeoIntel.  Their mission is to preserve the peace at any cost.  Terran or Vasudan.  Soldier or civilian. None will be spared in NeoIntel's quest for peace! A voice acted campaign.

Operation: Crucible
This campaign centers around the actions of the GTD Intrepid after the defeat of the Lucifer at Sol. The Intrepid is assigned a mission to penetrate enemy lines in order to buy time for the Terran-Vasudan alliance to regroup. This campain is special in a certain way, as it is, at least to this point, the only fully branched campaign that exists. Originally released in the FS1 days and later revised by the FS-Port team it has now been overhauled and voice acted.

Phantoms & Echo-Gate
Two 4 mission campaigns about the Shivans with excellent voice acting, set during the Great War.

Fall of Epsilon Pegasi 1.1
While the Aquitane battles Shivans in the nebula beyond Gamma Draconis, the Epsilon Pegasi 6th Fleet must defend against the attacks of the Neo-Terran Front...
Join the 6th fleet in this fully voice acted campaign!

Awakenings 3.0
While conducting a routine attack on HOL cruisers near the jump to Antares, a pair of GTD Orion class destroyers jump out of the middle of nowhere. Where did these ships come from? What happened to the crew? What will become of the GTA?
A voice acted campaign.

Cardinal Spear
In the tenth year of our war against the Vasudans, humanity had attempted one last desperate strike to end the war outright - a spear in the dark.  The Cardinal Fleet had been laid ruin, and the crew of the GTD Agamemnon was being hunted by a Vasudan general.  It was too late for victory, but not too late for vengeance...
And not too late to play this classic FS1 campaign. Its full of voice acting and win!

Destiny of Peace
By October 2335, a rebel GTA faction of mercenaries emerges, and its aims are a mystery. The campaign won Interplay's 1998 Mission Design Contest in the single player category, and was subsequently included in the Silent Threat expansion disc for Descent: FreeSpace. This version is retail compatible and is fully voice acted.

Tango
As Terran forces continue to fall back in the face of Shivan might, accompany the veteran pilot, Lieutenant Rhygar, on a front line patrol.  What you discover there could turn the tide of the war, or seal your doom. A voice acted campaign.

Aftermath 2.1
Years of GTI experiments....
A rogue Colonel.....
An innocent fledgling colony on the edge of space....
GTA Command desperately attempts to contain the plague in the Epsilon Pegasi system. A quarantine is placed upon the system and the pilots onboard the GTI special operations destroyer GTD Ark Royal are tasked with keeping the quarantine... at all costs.
Original FreeSpace 1 Campaign by Cold Element, now with voice acting and full of awe.

Campaigns that are in good shape and very enjoyable, but might either be missing voice acting and/or could use some (minor) bugfixing/spellchecking etc...:

The Aftermath (Blue Planet required)
Three years after the second Shivan war and the destruction of Capella...one man's struggle to find glory.
Requires Blue Planet WIH2 and AOA

Aeos Affair
One of the most challenging campaigns has been finally revamped and is now available for everyone to download!

Bem Cavalgar
One of Blaise Russel's finest, Bem Cavalgar features ships and weapons which persist across the campaign, as well as player's choice of in which sequence to play its missions.

Pandora's Box 2.2
One year prior to the return of the Shivans, the NTF Civil War is at its peak.  As a pilot newly assigned to the 51st squadron, GVD Abydos, currently stationed in the secure Vasuda system, you have little to look forward to other than uneventful patrol and convoy escorts.  Until the NTF make a bold raid into the Vasuda system... This latest release is fully voice acted via TTS

Eagle Takes Flight 2.1
Just released from GTA service due to budget cuts, you and a friend strike out on your own to earn a living. Eagle Security Services Inc. is born and it's going to take a skilled pilot to make your company a success!

Deep Blood
For two hard years the Capella refugees struggled to find a place to call home, GTVA command decided to explore the Jump Node that led from Altair - a Node they had never been through before.  Luckly they found seven worlds that they gave to the Capella refugees, the new system was designated as Orion. The Orion system is located beyond the newly discovered jump node in Altair.  It holds seven M class planets and a jump node leading out of the system that is as yet unexplored.  One year ago, GTVA Command ordered the system to be explored.  Since then the system has been colonized by the Capellan refugees.
This campaign is fully voice acted

SYNC
Two years after escaping death in an uncharted nebula, three mercenaries are hired to escort freighters to the Betelgeuse system. It quickly becomes clear that this is no ordinary mission.

WINDMILLS
A proof-of-concept aiming at showing that FS2 can be turned into a (somewhat) RTS

Biowar 1 and 2
The Shivans are attacking with a Bio weapon. Can you save the colonists in the Benedict system? Reports of the Ancients reappearance have come in. Are they Friends or Foes?

Desperate Times
2 years after Cappela a new jump node forms in the Vasuda system leading to a star named Uvena. A Knossos Portal in that system brings the Shivans and all hell breaks loose. These are Desperate Times people, and desperate times call for desperate measures.

Technological Superiority: Episode I
Two weeks have passed since the destruction of Capella. As the GTVA begins to re-build its society and fleets, headquarters receives an unexpected signal from a famous point in the star system of Ross 128, where the Shivans made first contact with humanity in the most hideous way. A new Knossos portal has formed amid the wreckage of the old installation. As the damaged GTVA fleet enters the system to wearily blockade the new node, an Azrael transport emerges, alone, sending a distress signal to the GTVA. Just as quickly, a massive Shivan force emerges and captures the transport, hauling it back through the portal, disappearing as quickly as they came. What lies beyond the portal? How did Bosch survive?

Alliance Fights Back
With the destruction of the first Lucifer the Terran-Vasudan Alliance manages to push the Shivans back to Vasuda Prime and take it after a major military engagement take it. But the Alliance runs into a immovable wall of Shivan resistance, and its advance is stopped short. With neither side willing to give ground, the two fleets are gridlocked, but the Alliance losses are tremendous and it is only a matter of time before attrition loses the war for them. This is the story of General Albert Ulysses and his bold but risky plan to fight back and take the war into ( and behind) Shivan-held territory, to gain back what was once theirs; their planets and their homes. Ulysses' plan carries with it not only great opportunity, but great risk as well. There is more at risk than just billions of lives but the fate of three races and with it the fate of the galaxy.

Incursion and Return to Sol
A campaign for FreeSpace 2 by MAW
Upgraded by Macfie
Incursion - Nine years after Capella is destroyed, the Shivan menace resurfaces.  But where are they coming from?  Even if the GTVA discovers the Shivans source of origin, can they be stopped?
Return to Sol - The prospect is near of Sol finally rejoining the GTVA using a human made Knossos portal.  But those who oppose change will do anything they can to stop it.

Awesome. Thanks Mobius for informing us of this historic development. The first combat deployment of The GTVA Colossus the four great campaigns, that we can now play in greater graphics ^^.

Re: List of upgraded campaigns
Awesome.  However, I'd like to point out that Boomerang is not, in fact, fully voice acted; he only did the briefings.   :p

Re: List of upgraded campaigns [updated 31/3/2013]
Hello. I decided to take all of these some days ago. Minus any I already had. Which meant I took most of them. Everything has downloaded except the very last one, Alliance Fights Back. The download link is broken. I did the report broken download link on the site, but nothing has changed. Do you have an alternative link, or can you create one so I can complete the set please?

The good news is this means I know for sure nearly all the other links are functioning, so now you know. :)

Yes, this is the first time I've had issue with the site, it normally works like a dream, it's my favourite place to download Freespace content from.

But it takes me here:

  • If somebody made a campaign I've probably got it
Re: List of upgraded campaigns [updated 31/3/2013]
I don't remember this campaign ever being upgraded by the FSCRP.  It looks like the only thing that was done with this was that it was converted from FS1 to the FSPort.  The campaign is contained in the download but you must create a folder and a mod.ini.
Normal people believe that if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Engineers believe that if it isn't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.
The difference between Mechanical Engineers and Civil Engineers is:
Mechanical Engineers build weapons.  Civil Engineers build targets
An optimist sees the glass half full; the pessimist sees it half empty. An engineer sees that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Re: List of upgraded campaigns [updated 11/07/2014]
"The Aftermath" now has an upgraded version out.

http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=87904.0

The original producer of the campaign was Herkie Del Socorro and Cyborg17 completed the recent upgrade.

FYI:  The campaign description in the mod list is "Three years after the second Shivan war and the destruction of Capella...one man's struggle to find glory."  (To be honest that's not the exact wording but I cleaned up the grammar a bit.  If anyone wants the exact wording I could provide it.)
