Gridlines are now drawn in HTL, so out of position problems are only noticable with text.  It is less pronounced than before, but still noticable at long distances between the camera and ship.

"Currently Selected Turret/Subsystem" renders as a wireframe cube around the subsystem in HTL mode.  The old method rendered out of position.  Text is also shown, but slightly out of position.

Alpha blending/specular lighting doesn't effect the docking points or model paths now in fred, so they shouldn't appear white, when they should appear red, green, or blue

post ur problems here and in mantis.

It's not much of an excuse for a website, but my stuff can be found here

Should be. Goober said he'd fixed it. The only question is whether he added the fix to CVS.

OK, hope you're right and will try it as fast as possible.
However I can't download as my internet-PC has severe problems right now (I'm posting from uni). :( It (the PC) supposedly needs some work...

Yup.  If I don't add a fix to CVS I say so.

Nice and stable build. Haven't tested any fancy SEXPing yet, but all the inteface stuff is properly aligned and smooth.

I'm getting crashes in this build whenever there are a lot of ships in view. They don't occur if I use -fredhtl (not sure if that enables or disables it), but that causes some other error with one of my ships about a "serious problem loading model," which doesn't occur without this flag.

Could you be experiencing this?

That looks like it. I will just use -fredhtl; it gives an error about a model when I load up a mission that uses it but seems to work fine otherwise.

a problem I keep running into is that this build deletes the #plot items tag and puts #command briefing in its place, so it crashes the game when I try to load the mission.

Make sure you're saving in FS2 retail format.

just a note, i have fixed modular weapons not showing up in the ship weapons editor.  this should be in fred2_open_3_6_7.  I'm also going to tweak the fov vaules a bit so the text lines up a bit better.
