Desaan is pathetic. Drop to a strong stance (red on your indicator) and jump down to face him. While you're falling release all the seeker drones you've picked up (lightsaber duels are the ONLY things they are good for, IMHO). Now, Desaan is going to do one of two things: he's going to be distracted by the seekers or he's going to attack you directly. Hit your Force Speed, wait for him to swing. Run around to the side or back and cut him down like the Jurassic Park reject he is. If he doesn't die, repeat.

You can do this without taking any damage if you don't panic.

Now, someone tell me why no Reborn, Shadow Trooper, or Dark Jedi uses Force Speed to make me feel like the pathetic lightsaber n00b that I am?

Reborn master uses force speed. Tavion uses force speed.

Yeah she used Force Mind Trick on me too I believe, made her invisible until she swung her saber again...

At least thats how I recall it... Finished the game on Jedi Knight difficulty awhile back.
