Invisibility, assuming that it also makes you and undetectable by heat scanning and/or radar/sonar (as in, completely undetectable).  Throw in silent walking, and I'm all set.

Oh, and count making your clothes invisible in there, too.

I want the ability to make REALLY GOOD hamburgers. I mean, not the type that are charcoal, or the type that are good, but come with half an hour of some quasi-vegetarian health-nut ***** going on and on about how raw meat gives you hookworm, the Ebola virus, AIDS, and nearsightedness.


Oh, and as for the other sort, I want my own small island nation, half of which is taken up by my underground lair (hash farm aboveground, for camouflage), and the other half of which is covered by approximately 50 million fully armed and operational nuclear silos.
