What would it be?

negate obstacles that would come with these abilities such as, running really fast would make you tired fast, or unable to breath in solid rock, that kinda thing.

Also, note that phase would give you a substantial amount of other powers too.

And Teleport would effectively give you speed, phase, fly, invisability and (if you could teleport to some vast Encylopedia Universalis in some distant galaxy) omni-potent knowledge.

Erm.... omnipotent isn't the word you were looking for. Omnipotent is "Having unlimited or universal power, authority, or force; all-powerful." I think you were looking for omniscient: "Having total knowledge; knowing everything". :D
