In case you dont want to read through that crap, and most sane people wouldnt, in short it say the EU represents the beast with ten horns, because it has ten members. There's already a city in the Netherlands (Leiden) which has an established free public wifi network since 2003.

Canada and the US also have several cities, Portland comes to to mind, where citywide, free, public WiFi networks are already available...read more...
