That is one sweet spacedock.

Setekh is right, though- it needs something to give a sense of scale in the first pic. Put a fighter wing flying along the hull, and have them cast shadows on the Hades to give a good sense of how close they are.
Then, to establish the scale of the fighters, you could have a fighter much closer to the camera, with the cockpit clearly visible.
I don't know how hard it would be for you though...as an art critic with no good tools of his own, I'm all talk.
