Correctly:

Glorious Leader = Lider glorioso

and El presidente grande would actually be "El gran presidente"

He's not wrong. Surgeons are called Mr rather than Dr.

It's related to the fact that in the olden days doctors were never allowed to practice surgery. Strangely enough only barbers were allowed to do that :eek2:

Something for the weekend sir?
Like what?
An appendectomy? I'm doing a special on amputations.

Scud isn't.  Scud is short for 'Escudro', which is a derivation of old Scots / Latin used for a clan chief and later a prince far-ish down the line of succession.

you're probably thinking of 'spud', which is a projectile weapon.

Golfball?  Where's the emotion, the care, the pride?

There's nothing that says 'I hate you' quite like a blob of unprepared smash at 200kph.

[color=66ff00]Granted, but have you ever watched one bouncing half a kilometer down a closed off section of motorway in the early evening?

There's beauty in that.

True.

Of course, the ideal weapon is a golf-ball with the outer white dimple-skin removed.  That's basically a rubber band cluster bomb :D
