It should be upgraded, yeah, but not just because of the fighterbay. The whole model looks poor when we use the "specular" option. The model is suffering of many other problems...the turrets are damn low poly and the passage between one texture and another isn't harmonic...

Umm... "never". 

The 3.6.9 VPs are being skipped and we'll go straight to 3.6.10 instead.  Part of this is lack of available time from DaBrain (the man is just busy), part of it is new/modified features in 3.6.10 that handle the content better of fix content related bugs.  About another month should see 3.6.10 released, and I think that the 3.6.10 VPs will follow shortly after, or be released at the same time.
