I had a 16-years old dog, he went to the heaven. I had a hard time with that.

19 years for a cat is like living to 100. it happens but not very often. i had to deal with a sick kitty, but he seems to be doing ok thanks to the antibiotics. we thought it was a physical injury because he was limping around. looked like his shoulder was messed up. he wouldn't eat and would just lay there and sleep. we took him to the vet and it turns out it was an infection. perscribed him some antibiotics and sent us on our way. turns out he was limping because he had some swelling up in his shoulder, and a little bit of pneumonia. but hes been fairly active today so i guess the worst of it is over.
