Vyper, I think Icespeed is referring to lumping Canada, Central America and South America with USA.
At least that's what it seems like to me; I'm originally from Argentina (South America) but my family was lucky to get out of there during the early 1970s.
Between the dirty generals, the disappeared ones, the financial collpase and the "express kidnappings", it's no wonder I only go back to Argentina for Christmas vacation.
As for the whole North-South thing, the Southerners should know better than to hold a 140 year grudge. And whenever Bush v. Gore gets mentioned in a Southerner's presence, they yell at
us to "get over it..."

Sometimes, I think there are still Southerners who are still pissed that Brown v. Board of Education became national law, let alone still be pissed about the Confederacy losing the Civil War...
