But Qi Gong is power training... it's not a martial art...

And Kung-Fu is not internal either... it's all external.  It's a "hard" style, even though it may look softer, it's still external.

EDIT:  OK it's true that it's supposed to be a Southern Chinese Martial art (i think) and that the family that invented it was responsible for training the Emperor and keeping him well and healthy...  still... i've heard it's very effective and dangerous... so it's cool that you teach it!

I spend most of my time Fredding (Or dreaming up ways to make missions) for FS2...

   When I have time I track down obscure anime for games and play MW4 Black Knight.

  Occasionally I log on to EQ till I get frustrated. I got bored with Dune halfway through...

 I modded Baldur's Gate II to have my party be "The Slayers" from Anime. Comp got wiped so 3 weeks of audio/video captured went down the drain...

Hmmmm that was months ago.

You can have arts that are both internal and external. Ba'qua is an internal art with combative elements. Tai Chi is an internal that has 2 man fighting forms.
 External arts such as Northeren, karate and Tae Quon Doe have very few soft elements and is very strenuous on the body. I was very external for a loooong time....My body payed the price. Thats why I switched purely to WT.
 
WT is Primarily for longevity and health....however combatively it is can be effective as well.
