Felt like bringing this one back from the dead.. this is actually one of the reasons I came back, I wanted to see if anyone made a playable arwing model. Well with the new Starfox game coming out we have some awesome pictures to work from.

This project started, then stalled and crashed like so many others. I'm all for kicking it back to life, but I'd need some help. I can make models, but I can't do textures!

That is not going to save the topic.

I actually don’t like the new Arwing designs. It looks ugly (to me anyway) and it looks like they put a heavy load on the wings, which is connected to the ship by a single “hinge” that looks like it would bust off in a High-G turn.

I like the new designs, the g-diffusers look extra nifty, an improvment from SF64. When looking at fictional ships, I don't really consider if they'll fly or not, just how cool they look. ^^
And the new arwing looks damn cool.

Call me a freak, but I love the old StarFox.

I tried to create an arwing one week ago.

But had no time to learn how to work with truespace...



If there is something I could do to help, don't hesitate to ask me.

Well, the textures are super simple...


Use the 3d shockwave for the novabombs.
