Well I'll soon be able to finnish Inferno so I'm starting a sequel. I thought of this on my way home on the train and will add more to the story soon:

The SSJ Gigas (Inferno spoiler). Less than a year later the GTVA is ready to make its final stand. Trapped at Vega they have nowhere to go. However Vasudan scientists realised that there was one hope. Changing the past. Using a Meson reactor combined with a Knossos portal, the power of the gate would not just make a tunnel through subspace, but into the past itself. You are being called forward. You will travel back and change history. Only by changing the past will the future be saved. The Galatea II has been fitted with a Meson reactor, combined with a subspace generator, jumps to different points will be possible. Your mission is to change the course of history so that the GTVA will be saved. However, the Knossos will only work on an unstable node. The GTVA must use the Capella node! If it fails the Sathanas fleet will be able to advance. If this is not done all will be lost. It's do or die time pilots.

Fight using vintage ships from FS1. Experience events from past missions and change the outcome.

Your progress will determine the fate of the Terran and Vasudan races.


This campaign will have chapters in FS1 and FS2 spanning the entire timeline.
I'll need a few mission designers for this. Different ones can work on FS1 or FS2 parts of it, or both

Ooooh, the MISSION designers part...missed that my first pass through.

Answer: Maybe.   It depends on whether or not I start a campaign of my own- I have all sorts of mission ideas, I just need a setting. Perhaps yours.

Well I have one mission designer so far, but would like at least two more. Depends how many can do the FS1 parts.

Oh, and for a quick sample of the only mission I've finished, tested, and (IMO) polished, go here.
This was back in FS1 times, though, so it's an FS1 mission.

This'll be a large project. Anyone who can make missions can be invovled. It'll have a few different endings which will depend on how well you do overall. I'll post more info soon.

That's no problem. I personally won't be doing many missions for this one. Depends how much time I have, but I will be testing all the missions.
