GTC Gladiator! I set it up in the Port so it shows up if you get the medal in Black Omega (both Elysiums leave and you destroy the Typhon... very difficult.)

All the rest of them are on the nodemap, except Vega-Antares, which never existed. (The one where the Lucifer skipped over the blockade was Ribos-Vega, but that doesn't count because only Shivans could use it.)
