Hell, it's not even December yet, but it can't hurt to start early. So, what do you eat for christmas.

My personal favorite is black pudding. For those not aware, it's kind of a sausage, filled with groats, spices and pig's boiled blood. served with bacon and cowberry salad, there is nothing like that in the world. YUM, I say, YUM!!!

Stuffed Goose.

I've never tried it , but it sounds the coolest, although black pudding sounds kinda uh.. interesting.

we usually have some kinda ham and/or turkey, bacon, etc. We usually have a big kinda buffet thing and lotsa pies. (Apple, Cherry, Pumpkin, Peach) all kinds of good stuff.

Do. Not. Mock. Christmas. With. Vegetables.

Christmas is the time, where you eat so much meat, that you see cows flying around your head. The maximum vegetable limit per 1kg of meat is somewhere around 50g. It's like a law.

I can't speak for that, cause Estonians don't celebrate Thanksgiving.

Now is when I realise why there's widespread hunger in this world.
You realise that the material value (feeding animals, vetinary care for the animals, slaughtering animals, etc. etc.) of 8oz of meat is around 45 to 50 full bowls of cooked cereal grains? I don't know about you, but I'd prefer the 50 bowls of food than 8oz of dead flesh.

Well I don't celebrate Christmas in December. I am an Orthodox Christian. :D We celebrate ours on 7th of January so actually our Christmas was long ago. Anyway, we all like to eat some of our domestic meals such as "sarma" which is a very delicious meal. It's a cabbage (not very sour) leaf rolled around spiced meat which is combined with rice and carrots. It is very delicious and it's the favorite meal of all people who visit Serbia. On Christmas, our grandmothers or our moms bake a bread which is called a Christmas cake (translated directly from Serbian). It is very good too cause it is home made, not bought in the shop. Well that is what we eat there. :)

Yeah but if you killed all the whining vegetarians you could use the space for more meat. :D

Black pudding. Any dish with blood gets my vote. Then again, I'm an avowed carnivore. I like my meat body tempature and nearly raw. :D
