Deimos (formerly Orion) bridge animation.
I like to show off, don't I.

Anyway, DivX 5 is needed as usual, an animation of the still WIP Deimos Bridge. Textures have been 80% reworked, detail has been added, do not mind the fact the there are no people and no chairs behind the consoles, I'll add them later. 1 160 kb.

Everything you make manages to take me longer than 3 minutes to download :p

Textures are better, erm.. cool green thingies :)

IT needs to be looking the other direction though, like last time. I assume you are looking at the back of the bridge. Turn it around and do the front :p

Needs detail. And those railings look like they're made out of plastic.

Hell, quite a lot of it looks like it's made out of plastic. The little techroom thing at the beginning promises to be really cool if you tone down the star filter, but on the whole everything else needs to be darker and more metallic. Ever been inside a carrier? Something like that.

The ramp needs some beef to it. Generally, the FS textures don't look good for closeup work (they're not 100% realistic), but if you can't find anything better, at least don't just leave it as a cube.

And more details. Need some texture of some sort on the floors, some more pipes and wires and **** connected to the hardware you've got, and maybe some more equipment sitting around. It'd help particularly if you got some good metal texes down first, but it's your perogative.

Oh, and there's absolutely no reason I can think of for a techroom animation to be on a panel next to a door. A handprint ID or keyless entry system would do fine if you can't find something else to put there.

most of the actual animations are placeholders ATM, just to make sure they are working. As for the detail, I'm currently working on that.

KT, the reason I don't show you the other end, is because it just three grey walls and a door. and a window.

Following notes made:

Replace the placeholders with something that actually makes sense.

Make metallic textures actually metallic

Turn down sparks on the hologram emitters.

Add wiring and **** on consoles.
