Goober: dumbfires, so even the rockeyes can't aquire a target (actually, what would be better if that they keep switching targets, that'd make them go in every direction until they die when their lifespan has expired, but I guess that's too much to do, so I didn't suggest it in the frst place ).

I'd imagine missiles and bombs are shielded enough to keep their lock (and aquiring is done by ship computer anyway) that it requires something more powerful, like the EMP pulse from the missile or nebula interference to affect them. Continuous full EMP effect might get too close to being "unfair", thus not fun - or maybe not.
nah. I want missiles to be disrupted. If you think it's too unfair, try to avoid fighters and kill the source of the jamming.
jamming orders/preventing reinforcement can be done w/ any new sexp.
