I like the name Twilight of Gaia, the others are quite basic.
Not bad at all but not so original either.

So if you like you can go with those, I dig.
Habeeb it...

What about using names that just bridge two words with a word like "of" or make something sound "fantastical" by inserting a random "fantasy word"?

You don't see places in real life like "City of grand walls" or "city with big spikes" or "Divine city of big ferris wheels".... rather you see "Babylon" or "New York" or "Tokyo".

Like in Morrowind, a fantasy game, you see cities like Vivec, Balmora, Ald Ruhn, Sadrith Mora. These kind of names have more creativity behind their creation and give more world-sense to the setting.
Science alone of all the subjects contains within itself the lesson of the danger of belief in the infallibility of the greatest teachers in the preceding generation . . .Learn from science that you must doubt the experts. As a matter of fact, I can also define science another way: Science is the belief in the ignorance of experts. - Richard Feynman
