This is the final entry in the personal log of GalacticEmperor, supreme commander of the Freespace Port. Our release of the Port 2.1 has vindicated all I have fought for these past two years. My life's work has been achieved. I have created the technology to enable gameplay between the Valkyrie and the Perseus. Although our first release was rudimentary and crude, I have initiated the final phase of a new campaign with the port. A campaign upon which the fate of humanity depends.
As a young pilot I battled against the rebels of the Great War, the Galactic Terran Intelligence, whose terrible missions would form the cornerstone of my project. The Freespace community buried this knowledge, but I resurrected it. I alone realised our species had no future with the Volition campaign. If we are to survive, our destiny must lie elsewhere.
As I make this final entry my crew is preparing to commplete the Reborn campaign and write the campaign file. We embark on a miraculous journey towards a new horizon. This tragic era of rubber bands around the trigger is over. On this day, for the first time in my life, I am filled with joy.Um, yeah... I got a little dramatic there. I guess the point I'm making is that
FSPORT 2.1 is out. Updates are detailed in the forum because I forgot to include the readme when I uploaded.

Silent Threat: Reborn is almost, but not quite, finished, but I have to upload the Port now.
Because I'm going offline for the summer. Moving out of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, going home where 'net access is far and few between. Basicly I'll be leaving for three months. You're best off reaching me by email. I will, however, have all my modeling tools with me, so the TVWP, SWTC, and SA can expect something when I return.
