Wait a minute! I thought the P90 was an SMG, and so fired pistol rounds. So what are those rifle rounds doing there?

The 5.7x28mm SS190 round is kinda a cross between 9mm and 5.56 NS.  Designed to prevent overpenatration, though I think it can go through like 7 layers of kevlar at 15 m.  Its used in a few pistols too, but I forget which.

You're thinking of the Constructicons, a team of Decepticons that could combine in to Devestator. The trouble is that they thought they might one day turn to the dark side (which they later did) and built a flaw in to Devestator whereby he'd be completely and utterly gormless and barely able to think. Lucky for the Autobots, no?

Now Skorpinox, IIRC, was the Decepticons' base, like the Autobots' Fortress Maximus or Metroplex. When needed, he'd transform in to a gigantic robot o' death.
