well, I bought an Xbox not because it's big, or black and green ( and I like black and green ), but because it has cool games ( it has crappy games too, but that's another matter ), games that I won't find on another console

Anyhow I think the gamecube is quite asthetically pleasing (provided it's the right colour), the PS2 is slightly confusing though. I can't figure out if they designed the hardware around the case or the case around the hardware. It's damn unconventional anyway.

I've got a platinum Cube. Completed Zelda yesterday - best use for seven straight days I ever found.

To be honest, the only games I expect to buy are Zelda, F-Zero and maybe Mario and Metroid. Billbox fans can say what they like, but Halo and its inevitable sequel are generic sci-fi shooters and nothing more. Nintendo pwnz joo.

definitely get Metroid Prime. I've played it (thouroughly) and it's one of the best games I've ever played plus it has plenty of nostalgia for Metroid fans
