100%, but... feh. That seemed more geared toward a "guy on the street" audience. The way some of the questions were phrased, seemed like whoever wrote the test barely understood some of these terms.

That's exactly who it was geared for. The article said that it was basically a survey of Joe Average to see how well they understood technical jargon. Most people simply don't understand what half those things are.

When I was working for Time Warner, doing cable/broadband installs, you'd be amazed at how many people utterly misunderstood DVR hardware. Most common question: "where do I put the tape?"
