I like it but that texture on the side behind the cockpit looks a little dodgy.

Karajorma: Those are still in concept stages... I'm still figuring out how to make it look :v:-ish. It's not half as easy to texture as it looks... But TS6 makes it rather simple. :nod:

Thor: If I finish it and it's decent, sure, ITHOV can have it. But I have some work to do on it.

I'm thinking of putting a puny little missile bay on the stabilizer fin. Mainly because right now it doesn't have any secondary banks, and only one primary space.

But that's what I want. A hella-fast™ (maybe about 107m/s, 135m/s with full power to engines) interceptor. Very little armament. They'll be like the Loki, just more fun to play with. :nod:

:wtf: What are you talking about? It's not as wide as it was. And it's supposed to be a big engine on a little ship.  It's small. It has big engines. It's like Anubises were in FS1. Useless alone, scary in packs.

FINISHED!!!
I've dubbed it the GTF Crimion. I don't care if someone else is already using that name, if Venom can call a ship he made the 'scylla' after I already named my mod that, there can be 2 crimions...

Now, I'm having trouble converting it into a pof. Kazan's proggy crashes, but what else is new. And I can't seem to locate a good progrm that can. Any help?  Also, if someone wants to make it into a pof file, and send it back to me, so I can finish the pof editing is ok. Plus they'll get to keep a copy of this ship. and have the ability to do a better job than me on the textures. :p

I got it fixed, and it works in game.  I just added shields, and am balancing the tables now. :)

As soon as I work out some ugly bugs (which I dunno if they are the FSO's fault, or bad geometry) I'll send Pyro a copy, along with Thor, for ITHOV.

The strange bug is I had thruster plumes sticking out the engines like normal, but when the ship stopped accelerating (backspace) there was a line up above the inlets for the engines that was floating in space with the thruster01.ani texxie.  Also there was an instance with no thruster plumes, just glows... :-/ I have to see what that's all about.

It's not a very intricate model, but I can see all of the work you've poured into it and I really like the design ethic. Kudos. :yes:

Dunno what made me look here, but yep:) I made progress. You should see it all glowmapped and shine mapped in Bob's FSopen build :D

I only just got my PC back up and running yesterday, so I'll do the LOD's later, and then some debris. Then it's off. :nods:

Oh and if I don't finish it today, It'll probably be more like this weekend, 'cuz I have alot of hours at work this week.
