I have in mind a new mod for Freespace II. IT will be a Star Trek mod. I do have one problem with this though. I can't make my own ships, and I can't seem to find any Star Trek ships out there-though people say there are. If you know of any, PLEASE either give me the link to them or E-mail them to me at [email protected]

I will also accept requests to join the team. If you can make ships, weapons, etc, I need you!

A side note- you also need to enjoy Star Trek.

Hello and welcome to HLP Trekkie. Yes there are ST ships out there but most of the ones on the web are high poly ones intended for renders and the like.

GreyWolf has dabbled in Startrek modelling, you might give him a shout. There are a few others, look around, there are always some people interested in trek.

Just out of curiousity, which era of Star Trek are you planning?  Or are there going to be some from all 3?  And are you going with strictly "canon" or no?  i.e. the Akula-class destroyer was never in Star Trek, or the movies, (to my knowledge, anyways), but it shows up in Starfleet Command.  Would you want something like that?
