I would put it up now, in fact, it's just your image is not exactly recent. ;) If you were to do a similar one, though... maybe with a two-tone nebula rather than a monotone... I could put that one up... ;)

Hmmm... well, so long as you're asking... ;) Here's what I'm thinking:

Blue-ish character contrasting with a red/orange starscape. Starscape is styled like your one up there ^^, but the ambient colour is a lot brighter - think clear dawn sky, with the stars visible at the very top of the sky, disappearing mid-screen, and engulfed in sunlight near the horizon.

Character: seraph. ;) Two characteristics - he's on fire (blue fire... very hot ;)), and the eyes are also piercing flames (colour up to you). You can see his figure (tall-ish), but very little detail, because he's engulfed in light too. So this is gonna be a really bright picture. I wanna see if you can pull it off. :D

maybe some 'flat' wings... very white, and very bright...;)

EDIT: {Heads-up} this is prolly gonna be my biggest pic i've ever done.. almost to large desktop proportions.. i'll keep you guys posted on various updates......

okay...first off... i ran out of page for the wings, it took up an entire A4 piece of paper.. second.. no pupils/irises.. there's a reason for that.. ;)

and those spiky things, the outlines for the wings, since wings arnt my strong suit, it may actually be a good thing that i practice:nod:
