THE OPERATION WAS A SUCCESS!

I used those pics that CptWhite pointed me to. It took me a little trial and error to convert the jpegs to pcx files and turn the resolution to 256 colors, but I got the Sol system planet backgrounds working.

I also found out that there IS a limit to how many backgrounds can be held in the stars.tbl file (the limit is 60 for those of you who did not know tha already).

I'm gonna winzip this and send it off to Freespace 2 Sector; it should be ready for download in a week or so.

HAPPY DAYS AND JUBILATION! I MADE MY FIRST MOD!  

I know ZylonBane (and maybe a few others) are gonna look at me funny for this...
