I used Milkshape to make my 1st mod it can out ok now what do I do from here?????   I suck at modding!

What I do is texture in MS3D and group stuff I want as subobjects.
Export to .obj
use 3D Exploration to convert ot .cob
use Treuspace (2) to glue/name/rotate every thing (in milkshape the model facing left in left view is facing down in ts)
then i export to .cob (overwriting the old one)
convert to .pof in PCS use Modelview32 and all that to do the extra stuff...

Ya know I don't think you people are getting it! He asked where he can get the stuff! He asked about canverting to POF and you give him PCS WHAT THE HELL is that! Man you guys are shady! And there is there no other program (ie 3D modeler) to make SCN or COB w/tex. Now I'm not a programmer, but why can't someone who does and wants to make a program that can convert DFX, OBJ, VRML, or even blender files to POF's.

3D Exploration can convert just about anything. PCS is Kazan POF Construction Suite that turns COB's into POF's.

You don't. You get a program which is compatible (more of less- TS is one of the most besmuggered programs in more ways than one...) .3ds files convert nicely and .dxfs do if you don't mind hours of patching, but you'll lose your texes either way.
