Hey there! Welcome to HLP. You'll probably get shot in a minute, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Welcome to HLP. There are exits to the left and rear. Do not attempt to use them. Thanks for the welcome.

I discovered freespace about 2 weeks ago when saw it on HOTU.
Dowloaded it and loved it. I was thinking of getting Homeworld 2, but now I dont need it since I got Freespace (especially, as I saw from the demo, they removed many cool features like kamikadze ships and other stuff, I liked the first Homeworld better).

Tried to buy Freespace 2, but found only used version for $60 on Ebay and Amazon.
I got all the .vp files missing from the HOTU version from Fractux's FTP. (THank you for providing those;) , Fractux )

I have been lurking around these forums and website extensivelly for the past week or so. Read all the FAQ's, got FS_Open, downloaded FS Port, the Inferno campaing (cant wait to play that , but havet finished the main FS2 Campaign yet.), downloaded Derelict campaign as well, looking forward to playing it as well.

Hope to become a useful member of the community.
