BLASPHEMER!!!!!

Firstly: Stargate kicks more ass than any other program, with the exception of Spooks.
Secondly: Farscape kicked ass but lacked a place to go with plots. If they do something interesting like kick it forwards a few years, give Earth some basic technology and set it during the Scarran-Peacekeeper war it'd be feckin awesome.
Thirdly: .....eerr........Carry on.

actually... no there isn't... the fact that freespace is interactive as far as being a space flight sim doesn't cover it, it's storyline, technology, etc... all have thier fundamentals in science fiction..

Right, then, I'm going on KaZaA rampage for Farscape episodes now. From what I've read I can expect near-B5 quality. Itbetter not fail me *loves B5 more than sliced bread*

I'm sure we'd all love to hear what kind of series you think don't suck.

Or what kinds of sci fi you think don't suck.

I'm sure the response will be amusing.

I dunno... the characters on Farscape actually act, unlike B5 where it was like, "Look at me, I'm ACTING!". So you may be disappointed.

Actually, that's a damn-good point.

All the Farscape characters are very unique and stick to their motivation, unlike B5 which just ended up with everyone being the same but with ideals on a slightly different scale and using grandios language and emphatic gestures.

Well, I guess that B5 being the only thing in any form of motion pictures that has actually made me cry, I think I don't really care what you say.

And look at a certain scene in The Long Twilight Struggle, and tell me they can't act. I dare you.

That would be the scene where Londo is standing on a Centauri warship, looking at the Narn homeworld being bombed.

Alternatively, look at pretty much every episode Wayne Alexander's in. He shines. Or Intersections in Real Time. Shows pretty much that even Boxleitner can act.

Actuallty, the only actor that really felt lacking (for me) in B5 was Ivanova. The text was well written, but the delivery was often... not good. And Boxleitner was shabby on certain episodes in the second season. Up until in The Shadow of Z'Ha'Dum.

And I really, REALLY like Michael O'Hare.

Can't everyone get along? B5 and Farscape I LOVE, and I love DS9 and Stargate to boot. Geez, not many open minds here, eh, just stubborness.

Fozzy, nice idea.  Peacekeeper Prawlers, Command Carrier, Moya, Moya Transport, Scarren Fighter & Carrier are the only ones coming to mind right now..
