Like the left side. Main text needs to have tables with borders though, make it more organized.

Popups=bad

Thats why I don't go to VW anymore, stupid popups all over the place. And no. I don't like pop-up blockers. Just an excuse to actually use a server with loads up popups.

The pop-ups are quite possibly the most annoying thing ever. Especially when you're trying to work on a site, and every time you reload it means that you get a new popup. Not cool.

yup, the main goal is to have it updated.
btw it isn't bad in my opinion, but
1- it isn't an enormous enhancement to the old site
2- you should add something in the background of the source code project text, maybe even a thin (but not too much), light grey line covering only the middle of the letters, with a small black strokenear the edges.
The point is that I don't like so much a gradient as background for letters, since the different contrast can deviate attention.
But these are just personal thoughts, you can ignore em if you disagree:)
