well look at LXG (league of extraordinary gentlemen, the Sean Connery movie that came out last year sometime)... it had Dorean Gray, the Invisible man, the Phantom, Dracula's wife, that famous scientist, Captain Nemo, the whole lot. and that was a good movie!

Van Helsing.... at first the name brings a mix up of Van Halen and Helsing (the anime) in my mind... quite disturbing

according to the trailer the movie might be entertaining though :)

As for the film - I suppose like all the others I should see it before passing judgement but at a glance it looks generic.

I've had pbs with FLCL too, not my cup of tea either...
Fumoffu... Only know Full Metal Panic Fumoffu ( which I love ), but does the term means anything specific?

yeah i was getting confused with the old movie "Bride of Dracula" or whatever it was.
