I have my new computer built, with kickass everything from monitor to joystick, but when my CD case was stolen i lost all my game CDs, including all three FS2 CDs.  now luckily i have a second copy of FS2, but the first CD of the three doesn't work, it doesn't even read, i guess just a defect.

rather than download all the crap and then piece it together, if someone with the 1st FS2 CD would be willing to transfer the CD ISO to me, we'd probably transfer at around 250-300kbps, so it would only take an hour or two.

please let me know.

yeah it's better to be an ISO, which is a complete disk image, rather than all the files FROM the disk.

if you want to mail it to me that would be great, but it would be cheaper to just send it electronically i'd imagine

yeah i could provide FTP space for anyone that would like to upload the ISO, but if someone lives in the USA, we'd transfer not only fast, but at more or less the same time, so if we start transferring at night, by the time we both wake up the next morning it'll be transferred

well you see, i'm on 56K at the moment, and i'll only be getting DSL in the next few days, so i was planning on downloading it when i get DSL.  if you are on a virtually unlimited connection ( ) for the next few days and wouldn't mind uploading it now, but i'll only be able to download it in a few days (a week at max) when i get DSL.

if you don't mind doing that i'd really appreciate it
