Governor of... where?

My state? I'd pillage the treasury and go live in some nice little tax shelter that doesn't have an extradition contract with the US for the rest of my life. An actual, interesting state? Reenact all the old laws from around when people would stone each other for sassing their parents and thought that anything bad that happened was the fault of witches. And then a series of bills granting myself absolute power, and setting up a Stalinist socialist legislative system. Just because I don't like people in general all that much.

This is actually a school assignment and is bugging the heck out of me considering I need 10 laws and I can only think of 5.

1.) Pass a law that helps the cottage industry more than the corporate industry
2.) Raise taxes for the rich....WAY up
3.) Lower taxes for those under a certain income
4.) remove all the current university laws/policies that make it so #)$(@$ expensive and allows only rich fools to go in.
5.) If in america, I would remove the laws and judges that allow for the stupidest mistakes, and will rudely remind the people who object that this is 'reality', not America.

1: Repeal state income tax on citizens, replace it with a flat sales tax
2: Cut wastefull spending (u know what i mean)
3: Legalize drugs and other substances in small amounts  
4: Make schools much more privatized
5: Let georgia citizens vote on their goddam flag
6: Nuke alabama
