I think that means libertarian with a little L as opposed to Liberatarian with a big L. One thing I've noticed is that the farther you go down a political bias, the more out there they get and they start capitalising the names. The Big-Letter sorts (Libertarians, Socialists, Communists, Democrats, Republicans, Greens, etc) are all freaks. The less extreme versions (libertarian, socialist, communist, democrat, republican, green, etc) are all palatable--at least to me.
