Was browsing through one of my old lecturers weblogs at http://www.smeed.org/ (he hates M$ vitriolically, so his reaction to the Win2K leak should be amusing.......)

 So probably not - but it's deliberately misleading advertising at best, and a blatant lie & fraud at worst.
