**** if I know. I'm still not entirely clear on what concept you're working on, except that I don't like it.

Hell's trying to invade Heaven using The Bridge, a big expanse of 'land' leading from Hell to the Gate Of Heaven. The 'West' of the Bridge gradually gets more and more hellish till you reach the walls of Hell. The 'East' of the Bridge gets more and more heavenly till it hits the walls of Heaven (and the Gates).

The various major ancient religions exist on Earth soley for the purpose of recruiting troops to battle each other on The Bridge once they're dead.

Players take a place as anything from a run-of-the-mill dead person to a God presiding over hundreds of thousands of souls on The Bridge.

The various mythological landmarks (Oracles, Styx etc) are all present on the Bridge and some present a way for the dead to return to Earth.

The basic idea is that players try to gain territory in the war between Heaven and Hell, or they go Mercinary and try to get back to a life on Earth.


But this is just an idea at the moment. It just happens to be the most developed of several possible settings.

Hm. Better than I was thinking, at least.

Yeah, that'd work, so long as you get a developed system this time. Else you'll get twink attacks like, um... all my old NW factions and everybody fighting over what actually is happening and all that ****, and it'll just be a bad deal all over. And nobody'll come.

Anyway. Revised name suggestion on the board.
