Whats Wrong With My Tvout!?!?!?
Radeon 9200 128 MB...

Here's what i did:

First, i popped the ATI CD in, and installed the drivers from the CD... but they affected windows too much (crashing it, not letting DivX play, etc.) so i uninstalled it, and downloaded the latest from ATI's website... so DivX works again and everything, so i plug the TV into the TV-OUT on the video card (S-Video to RCA adaptor, and the RCA all the way through the house to the big screen TV, i had high expectations) and so everything works when i enable it in the "ATI CONTROL PANEL" and you can see everything, but whenever i try to play a movie, I JUST GET A BLACK SCREEN IN ITS PLACE!!! :( :( :(

i've tried DivX player and Windows Media Player... whether i'm watching a music video, a movie, or a movie trailer, it shows up as a purple screen on the TV.

WHAT DO I DO :(

Thanks ;)

Whats Wrong With My Tvout!?!?!?
Is it only movies?
So as through a glass, and darkly
The age long strife I see
Where I fought in many guises,
Many names, but always me.

There are only 10 types of people in the world , those that understand binary and those that don't.

right click on the desktop, got to the video tab (furthest to the right) click on the monitor that is greyed out and select 'extend my desktop on to this monitor' or whatever it is. you have to explicitly tell it to activate the second monitor
Bobboau, bringing you products that work... in theory
