It's an almost perfect rendition of the earth dialling device done in flash. The instructions are a little unclear, I'll attempt to make a list as the readme is a bit light and there are commands strewn all over his site.

It was them invisible ones... press the left arrow to activate the things to let you see them and the soldgers will kill them... Or it could have been Thor... Same thing happens then too... Has anyone figured out the self destruct override yet?

Escape = Window mode
u = check for updates on server
I = Destination combination screen on/off
R = Gate open time
T = Team choice
Up arrow = Dialling start/stop
Right arrow = Iris open/close
INSERT = Stargate energy readout/Asgard (I think; 8 chevrons)
Page down = Lockout on/off (no events occur whilst active)
