I have one word for you: patience. So many guitarists (young and old) rush into playing pieces immediately at full speed, or close to it. This will lead to disasters and innumerable inconsistencies in your playing technique. Practise slowly at first, getting the movements right and making sure your body is relaxed rather than tense (precise movements such as your fingers will do in guitar are
impossible to perform at high speed when there is excessive tension), then build speed once you have the movements down. Movements first, speed later. Be prepared to put some real time into your instrument and you will well and truly shine when you play.

Tell me where did you get that poster?
My teachers have that same one and I can't seem to find it
Thanks

The poster, hmm... I got it from a local Christian bookstore called Koorong. I think the shop's just Australian, I'd suggest looking around the book shops and seeing if they have one or can order one in.

Maeg, you build guitars?! Photos!!
