LOL an0n, you're too good

Melatonin helps regulate body's sleep, among other functions. Vitamin B-6 is one of the vitamins needed for your body to produce Melatonin. In fact, it's known that Vitamin B supplements as a whole help sleep. a few minutes before you go to bed, go heat up a glass of milk and drink it. Milk helps you sleep, because it's rich in many vitamins that your body needs. Also, (this worked for me), try taking a Calcium tablet about 20 minutes before you go to bed, go get some Calcium at the local pharmacy. A Calcium tablet (read the label on it to see how much you should take) and a warm glass of milk will without a doubt help you to sleep, i'm sure.
Also try reading for a while before you go to bed, this helps the brain relax from whatever you've been doing the rest of the day. Fresh air, and exercise always work too.
Hope it helps
