Enterprise episode: The Council
Degra's dead, Hoshi's been captured, the weapon's been launched and is on it's way to earth, and Enterprise can't find it.

...things don't look all that good, do they?

They never do, pretty cool Star Trek Space Battle at the end, though.
So as through a glass, and darkly

Great space battle. Though I'm wondering why Hoshi was abducted as opposed to kidnapping Archer (again)...

I'm wondering how/if the information from the sphere will be able to help in the next episode or in the season finale.

The Builders also serving as protectors for the Xindi explains quite a bit as to why they're so willing to follow through with the whole blow up a species you've never met thing. I wish they did show the movie that the builders showed them of humans blowing up their new homeworld in the future.

Damn those psychohistory using extradimensional aliens, they're always annoying meddlers :p

What the hell do you expect with a thread titled "Enterprise episode: The Council"?

I liked this episode. I knew Degra had it coming though. The series has taken on a new sinister overtone in this season, and of course B5 levels of continuity. Things are always much better in story arcs than disconnected episodes.

I managed to recover the file, and just wow, that was a great epp, I'm gona watch it again, just the acting, the way people talked, the mood, the atmosphere, it was so much better than nearly anything I've seen with 'trek' in the title.

I enjoyed it...but it aint over yet.

And the battle was very well done...I liked the use of cameras (what 3D rendering can do now) zooming through the battle while the battle zooms towards and through the camera.

VERY impressive visual work done on that and other things in there.

And I like how Enterprise has been cleaned up a bit since the last episode but it still looks heavily damaged.  I like this attention to detail...not the "magic fix" in the next episode.

Acting as usual pretty good (I can never really tell unless its dreadfully bad) and the story is very interesting!

That last (space) fight was really cool.  I wonder who will die in the next show.

Dude why does everyone reference B5 for continuity like they were the first tv show to ever do it?  It's been around for decades, people, get with it.  Hell, even soap opera's use continuity, why don't you mention that you like Enterprises use of "Days of Our Lives" continuity.

Because B5 was and still is the only show to have a pre-planned five-year-arc, and got it done? Of course they had a superior level of continuity

Is Earth mentioned in the alternate universe? If not, then Earth can be destroyed and it can become part of the alternate universe history. ;)

I think they'll have Earth being destroyed at least two more times.

One time will be by the weapon and another will be off in the future by the Sphere Builders.

Hmm.... Possibilities of the Enterprise universe:
1. It was created by the Enterprise E going back in time and stopping the Borg.
2. It's the Mirror, Mirror universe.
3. Poor initial planning by Brannon and Braga.
4. Something else entirely.
Any combination of the 4.

EDIT: Sorry for the typo, Carl.
