As neo_Hermes says that's Soundwave not Shockwave. Shockwave was the big purple guy who turned into a ray gun and worked on pure logic.

Easy mistake to make. The days when I could name all the Transformers from memory are long gone. I pulled my big box of transformers out of the cupboard a while back and I had trouble naming half of them! :D
